We went to the Angeles Crest National fForest yesterday. It is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful places in the world. It was a great day - about 45 degrees and sunny. Perfect hiking weather. We went about 3 miles then had an In-&-Out burger, went home and had a long nap. A great day!

I think I actually camped in that area when I was in California the first time. I agree, it is amazing.
